We are looking for you from 1 October 2026 or by arrangement for a management position as
Head of Education | 60 - 80%

- Coordination of the vocational training managers of all professions (nursing, care, housekeeping, kitchen, commercial)
- Organisation and planning of in-company training and internships together with the vocational training managers
- Development of concepts and instructions
- Participation in and implementation of measures in apprenticeship marketing

You are
- in possession of a vocational training qualification at tertiary level (nurse HF/FH or similar)
- equipped with further training as a trainer FA or MAS in adult education (at least 600 training hours and more)
- experienced in the field of vocational training responsibility in nursing, knowledge of other professions is an advantage
- a personality with high social and self-competence
- communicative, assertive and responsible
- proficient in handling PC applications
