Job Description

Ensure comprehensive and quality nursing care for patients in rehabilitation
Assess the clinical condition of patients, monitor them, and adapt care according to their progress
Provide personalised care, aligned with therapeutic objectives and the rehabilitation programme
Support patients in recovery and development of their autonomy
Work closely with the interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and safe care
Ensure clear communication and rigorous documentation of care in the patient record
Participate in medical rounds and follow up on prescriptions and treatments
Ensure compliance with protocols, quality standards, hygiene, and safety

Qualifications

Holder of a HES nursing diploma or equivalent qualification
Professional experience in rehabilitation, neurology service, and orthopaedic surgery is an asset
Professional awareness, versatility, flexibility, and dynamism
Stress resistance
Team spirit
Organisational skills and ability to work independently
Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
Good knowledge of English
