Job Description
- Ensure comprehensive and quality nursing care for patients in rehabilitation
- Assess the clinical condition of patients, monitor them, and adapt care according to their progress
- Provide personalised care, aligned with therapeutic objectives and the rehabilitation programme
- Support patients in recovery and development of their autonomy
- Work closely with the interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and safe care
- Ensure clear communication and rigorous documentation of care in the patient record
- Participate in medical rounds and follow up on prescriptions and treatments
- Ensure compliance with protocols, quality standards, hygiene, and safety
Qualifications
- Holder of a HES nursing diploma or equivalent qualification
- Professional experience in rehabilitation, neurology service, and orthopaedic surgery is an asset
- Professional awareness, versatility, flexibility, and dynamism
- Stress resistance
- Team spirit
- Organisational skills and ability to work independently
- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
- Good knowledge of English
