Your area of responsibility
- You design and organize physical or digital internal and external events and accompany them from the idea to the follow-up
- You carefully select locations, service providers, and partners, negotiate conditions, and coordinate all parties involved
- You bring exciting content and suitable speakers on board and take care of the complete contract processing
- You keep an eye on compliance with our corporate guidelines and continuously develop processes, standards, and event formats
- From invitation management to guest care to follow-up and evaluation, you control the entire event communication – including budget planning, cost control, and reporting
Your strengths
- You have a completed degree or commercial training supplemented by further training in project, marketing, or event management
- Experience in planning and implementing events, including digital ones, as well as in dealing with modern event management tools
- You are an organizational talent with high attention to detail and the ability to keep an overview even under pressure
- Creative, dynamic, and proactive personality with confident appearance, pronounced stakeholder management, high communication skills, as well as enjoyment of teamwork and a collaborative environment
- You speak very good German and have good French skills (Italian also an advantage)
- Willingness to travel, flexibility for assignments outside usual working hours, and a valid driver's license
