About the job
What is my role?
Manufacturing of milled and turned parts from stainless steel, aluminium and plastic using CNC and conventional machine tools
Creating and optimising CNC programmes and work documents
Independently setting up and operating the machine tools
Economical and high-quality production of parts according to technical drawings and specifications
Maintaining and servicing the machine tools
Participating in continuous improvement processes
What do I need to be successful?
Completed basic training as a polymechanic, toolmaker or machine mechanic
Several years of professional experience in CNC machining of individual parts and small series (focus on milling)
Enjoy working on conventional machines
High quality awareness and precision thinking
Great enthusiasm for parts manufacturing and technical challenges
Openness to change and innovation
Committed, resilient and team-oriented personality with an independent and reliable working style
Good German language skills, spoken and written
Experience with Okuma and Heidenhain controls is an advantage
