The Directorate for Security, Environment and Energy is committed to safety, protection and assistance, environmental protection, sustainable energy supply, and is responsible for building permit procedures as well as for the Bern Zoo. The Protection and Rescue Bern unites the professional and militia fire brigade of the city of Bern, the Bern rescue service, and the civil protection organization Bern plus. It operates the emergency call centers 118 and 144. The prevention and intervention areas of Protection and Rescue Bern provide the best possible safety and protection around the clock - in the federal city, the Bern agglomeration, and the canton.
Your Activities
- You are the contact person for our managers and employees on all topics along the HR life cycle - from recruitment to departure
- You effectively advise and support managers in the areas assigned to you
- As a practical trainer, you take responsibility for our trainee and actively shape their development
- You professionally lead the BGM at Protection and Rescue Bern and work closely with internal and external partners
- You contribute your know-how to exciting HR projects and help to further develop processes and implement new ideas
Your Profile
- You have completed further training as an HR specialist with a federal certificate
- At least three years of experience in advising managers and employees in operational HR everyday life are part of your experience
- Planning, organization, and communication are among your strengths
- You work independently, structured, and find pragmatic solutions
- Connected thinking and responsible action are a matter of course for you, and in conversations and negotiations, you convince with sovereignty
