• Professional support and further development of the performance recording application IBICare
• Create, maintain and optimise service catalogues, service records and service blocks and ensure their currency
• Conduct training for new employees and support users in the secure handling of the performance recording software
• Correct and complete recording of medical services in the emergency department
• Contact person for doctors in the area of performance recording
• Coordination of the subsequent recording of missing services and close communication with service providers
• Interdisciplinary collaboration with medical controlling and patient administration
• Participate in ongoing tariff projects

• Medical or nursing training
• Good tariff knowledge
• Experience in the area of performance recording or control as well as with electronic medical records
• Very good IT skills, IBICare Office Desktop and KISIM knowledge advantageous
• Independent and structured working style
