Your TasksWe are an innovative, market-leading competence center and educational institute for professional application processes with locations in Zurich, Baden, Bern, St. Gallen, and Heerbrugg. For our modern course center in Zurich we are looking to complement the finance team with an experienced specialist for accounting and bookkeeping 50 - 60% immediately or by arrangement.
This position offers you the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment of labor integration and to contribute your expertise in the financial sector. Your main tasks include:
- Processing and monitoring of accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Support in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Performing account reconciliations and analyses.
- Participation in the optimization of financial processes.
- Communication with internal and external partners regarding financial matters.
For this position, we are looking for a committed personality with the following qualifications:
- Completed further training as an accounting/bookkeeping clerk.
- Good Abacus knowledge.
- At least 3 years of experience in finance and accounting.
- Very precise and detailed, yet efficient working style.
- Team player, personable, and straightforward.
- Reliable and discreet.
