Thayngen is a municipality with a rural character. It was certified in 2017 with the UNICEF label "Child-Friendly Municipality." The managed school Thayngen is a progressive and lively school where integrative teaching takes place. At several locations, around 700 motivated children and young people learn together with highly committed and experienced teachers. The Thayngen school works according to the concept "Workplace School," which places a high value on promoting cross-disciplinary skills. In the self-learning time integrated into the lessons, students have the opportunity to work on the learning content of the various subjects according to their personal learning level or to improve their basic skills in reading, writing, arithmetic, and foreign languages.
For the new school year 2026/27, we are looking for a specialist teacher MuGru for our 1st/2nd grades at the Silberberg school building.
