Our Rehabilitation Clinic Sonnmatt in Lucerne combines medical rehabilitation in the fields of neurology and musculoskeletal with a first-class hotel ambience in the most beautiful panoramic location. Your tasks
- Reception: Be the first point of contact for inpatient and outpatient patients, visitors, and employees
- Administration: Support general tasks such as mail handling, operating the telephone switchboard, and office supplies management with a strong service orientation
- Patient management: Responsible for admission and discharge processes while adhering to internal procedures, as well as creating individual therapy and daily plans for patients using RAP
- Data entry: Recording patient data in the clinical information system (CIS)
- Cash management: Maintaining the cash book including monthly closing and processing invoices in Kreditflow
Your profile
- Education: Completed apprenticeship as a commercial clerk (KV), medical practice assistant (MPA), or health professional (FAGE)
- Professional experience: Several years of experience in healthcare is an advantage and enables a quick start
- IT skills: Solid PC user skills, ideally with experience in handling CIS and Dynmed
- Personality: You are characterised by a strong service mindset, an independent working style, as well as pronounced organisational and coordination talent, and you convince with teamwork, flexibility, and reliability
- Language skills: Very good German skills in spoken and written form, additional languages are an advantage
- Working days: Friday as a working day is a must
