Job Description
Support our Real Estate Marketing Team in the exciting role as Marketing Manager B2B (m/f/d) for our business customers!
You are passionate about the needs of real estate business customers and want to develop successful marketing measures with know-how and enthusiasm? Then you are exactly right with us!
In close collaboration with various stakeholders and teams across the company, you optimise the user experience of our SMG Real Estate business customers and help shape a continuously improved customer journey. You present your ideas and successes directly to the Head of Business Customer Marketing.
Your role
Help us to continuously optimise the customer journey of our B2B customers.
Events
- Conceptualisation of event formats (B2B, customer and industry events)
- Planning and realisation of events including budget responsibility, logistics and management of service providers
- Ensuring a professional and brand-compliant appearance on site
Sponsoring
- Development of sponsoring strategies and measures
- Evaluation and selection of suitable partnerships
- Implementation and activation of sponsoring engagements
B2B Media Planning
- Conceptualisation of media plans for B2B campaigns
- Selection of suitable channels and formats
- Implementation, management and ongoing optimisation of campaigns including success control
Sales Enablement
- Development and implementation of measures to support sales
- Creation and further development of sales materials (e.g. presentations, argumentation, factsheets)
- Conceptualisation and provision of sales gadgets
- Support in organising and conducting sales events
Qualifications
What you bring
- Experience: You have at least 4 years of experience in B2B marketing or event management – ideally in an agency or a digital environment.
- Industry understanding: Interest in the real estate industry is a must. Experience with digital marketplaces or real estate software is a clear advantage.
- Agile mindset: You are used to working in interdisciplinary teams and feel comfortable in an agile environment.
- Data-driven working: You understand relevant B2B KPIs and use data purposefully to derive effective marketing measures and convincing storylines.
- Conceptualisation & implementation: You think strategically, develop strong concepts and at the same time bring them pragmatically and efficiently to life.
- Project management: You work in a structured way, keep an overview even in complex projects and coordinate stakeholders confidently and purposefully.
- Communication: You convince through clear communication and professional stakeholder management.
- Working style: You are independent, solution-oriented and tackle topics hands-on.
- Languages: You communicate fluently in German and English, French is a plus.
