Your main tasks
- Customer service at the counter, by phone, and email (first point of contact for all tax matters)
- Tax processing of death cases
- Control of loss certificates for collectability
- Direct handling of deferral and installment payment requests
- Clarification and recording of employers for withholding tax obligations
- Updating and checking the tax registers
- Handling daily mail
What you bring
- Preferably a completed commercial apprenticeship in a Zurich municipal administration
- Knowledge of Zurich tax law
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Enjoyment of customer contact
