Job description:
In this role, you will develop high-quality designs for architectural competitions and projects in close collaboration with internal teams and accompany them from conception to further development. You actively contribute your design expertise in discussions, convincingly represent your design ideas, and take responsibility for complex project content.
What we expect from you:
Completed degree in architecture
3-5 years of professional experience in design in Switzerland
High creative and conceptual understanding
Strong organisational skills and good communication competencies
Passion for excellent architecture and structured processes
Technical understanding of construction and building processes
German language skills at C1 level or higher; additional knowledge of national languages and English is an advantage
