Role Objective:

In this key position, you ensure that complex technical systems and building systems function reliably, safely, and efficiently at all times. With your expertise, you significantly contribute to operational safety, availability, and continuous optimisation of the infrastructure. Your efforts create the technical foundation for smooth operations and a first-class experience for visitors and employees.

Your Responsibilities:

• Ensuring the reliable operation and maintenance of all technical systems
• Point of contact for technical faults, repairs, and operational queries
• Monitoring, operating, and maintaining building and supply technology systems
• Ensuring the flawless functioning of measurement, control, regulation, and management systems as well as technical components
• Carrying out maintenance, inspection, and control tasks in accordance with legal requirements and maintenance schedules
• Analysing, resolving, and sustainably optimising technical faults to ensure high system availability

Your Profile:

• Completed training as an Electrical Installer EFZ, Automation Technician EFZ, or comparable technical qualification
• NIV Art. 13 permit advantageous or willingness to obtain it
• Solid knowledge of building and system technology
• Manual dexterity as well as an independent and solution-oriented working style
• Willingness to work on-call, weekends, and standby shifts
• Team-oriented personality with high personal responsibility and very good German language skills
