What you will do here
- Lead, further develop and empower the Data + Infrastructure specialist group, support employees and promote their professional development
- Teach in the areas of Requirements Engineering, IT Architecture and Data Management at Bachelor and Master level
- Conduct research and offer services in the public sector on Data Governance, Data Management, Open Government Data, data ecosystems, etc.
- Acquire third-party funded projects from SNF, Innosuisse, foundations, practice partners, etc.
- Actively shape the Public Sector Transformation Institute through collaboration with other specialist groups and further institutes at the BFH Department of Business
What you ideally bring with you
- Doctorate, several years of research experience with scientific publications in Business Informatics or Computer Science as well as practical experience outside the university
- Leadership experience of personnel and/or projects in academia and practice
- Teaching experience in the described subject areas, further training in university didactics is an advantage
- Successful acquisition of third-party funding in research promotion and/or in the public sector
- High team spirit, experience in interdisciplinary collaboration, very good communication skills
