Your responsibilities
You are the contact person for insured individuals, employers, authorities, and regional employment agencies. In your work, you will review and process incoming benefit applications. You will also be responsible for calculating and disbursing insurance benefits and issuing decisions. Our clients and partners in AVIG enforcement will receive competent and service-oriented advice from you.
Your qualifications
■ Completed commercial training (with E-profile) or equivalent training with several years of professional experience
■ Experience in demanding case processing, preferably in the private or social insurance sector
■ Independent, resilient, and decisive personality with a structured working style
■ Fluent German in spoken and written form, Portuguese or Italian is an advantage.
