Sales Professional Building Materials 90 - 100% (m/f/d)
The JMS Group is an independent family business in its 4th generation. As a regionally well-known company in the building materials, transport, disposal, and recycling industry, as well as having a strong market position in the German-speaking part of Switzerland in the field of earthworks and special civil engineering, we are looking for a qualified Sales Professional Building Materials (m/f/d) for the building materials sector in Schmerikon starting January 2026 or by agreement.

Your tasks
- Building and maintaining customer relationships including active acquisition of projects in the field of building materials (gravel, sand, concrete, demolition and landfill material)
- Handling offers and contract conclusions including ensuring profitability
- Internal coordination of building material availability and production capacities between production and recycling plants as well as our earthworks/special civil engineering departments
- Ensuring the planning and control of building material flows to close the building material cycle (circular construction) and supporting smooth project execution with internal and external partners, customers, and suppliers
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of sustainability, building material logistics, cost structures, and monitoring market developments
Your profile
- Completed commercial or technical training with further education in sales, or a degree as an industrial engineer, civil engineer, or in a comparable field
- Experience in sales or project management, preferably in the building materials or construction industry and/or technical understanding of building materials
- Committed, empathetic, and proactive personality with organizational talent – even under time pressure
- Proficient IT skills and willingness to participate in digitization projects
- Very good German skills (spoken and written)
- Strong customer orientation, communication and negotiation skills, and enjoyment of cross-departmental collaboration
- Networked thinking, entrepreneurial and sustainable action, as well as willingness to work mobile within the market area
