• Getting to know the business perspective on the Swiss healthcare system
• Insight into the exciting challenges in the areas of research, consulting, continuing education, and teaching
• Supporting the institute's staff in their diverse challenges of individual consulting and research projects
• Independent work on sub-tasks of ongoing projects and studies in the areas of Digital Health, Lean Healthcare, Implementation Research, and Quality Development
• Students or graduates in business administration, healthcare management, or a related field with an affinity for management challenges in healthcare
• Very good oral and written communication skills in German
• Independent and reliable working style
• High commitment, flexibility, and initiative that you bring to the institute's innovative projects

In collaboration with and on behalf of renowned companies in the Swiss healthcare sector, the institute conducts applied research and consulting. The focus areas of the Healthcare Management unit are Digital Health, Lean Healthcare, Implementation Research, and Quality Development in healthcare.
