Project Manager Sanitary (m/f/d) 80 - 100%

  • Independent management and coordination of sanitary projects from smaller renovations to demanding large-scale projects
  • Responsibility for successful project execution from planning to handover
  • Organisation and control of schedules, costs and quality requirements
  • Preparation of offers and technical solution proposals
  • Participation in the planning and execution process of modern building technology solutions
  • Coordination of customers, planners, suppliers and other project participants
  • Support in material and supplier procurement
  • Technical and commercial supervision of projects throughout all project phases
  • Ensuring professional, economical and customer-oriented project execution

    • You will work on varied projects in residential construction, commercial, public buildings as well as demanding building technology projects of different scales.

    We expect:
  • Completed training as a building technology planner sanitary EFZ or comparable training in the sanitary field
  • Ideally further education at HF, FH level or comparable
  • Experience in managing or executing sanitary projects
  • Technical understanding and interest in modern building technology solutions
  • Independent and structured working style
  • Customer-oriented thinking and professional appearance
  • Organisational talent and entrepreneurial action
  • Team spirit and enjoyment in collaborating with various stakeholders
