In this exciting role, you take responsibility for all facility services at our location – actively contributing to a modern, safe, and efficient working environment.
Your main tasks:
- You take on the logistical and technical responsibility for all facility services – e.g., access systems, key management, building technology, building services, moves, furniture management, and space planning.
- You coordinate all service and service processes, including quality management, with internal and external partners.
- You are responsible for cost and budget management for all relevant material costs.
- You support the planning and execution of events – from small meetings to larger occasions.
- You implement Health & Safety requirements and ensure a functioning emergency organization.
Your profile:
- A completed technical or craft training – ideally supplemented with a specialist certificate in facility management or corresponding professional experience.
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form; English is a plus.
- IT affinity as well as confident handling of MS Office; CAD knowledge is an advantage.
- Flexibility in the place of work and willingness to support other locations in the region.
- A customer-oriented, confident appearance and enjoyment in interacting with various stakeholders.
