- The District Court is the cantonal judicial authority of first instance. Distributed across three sites, it consists of the following sections: the conciliation chamber, the civil court, the child and adult protection authority, the juvenile criminal court, the police court, the criminal court, and the court of coercive measures.
The Regional Court of the Littoral and the Val-de-Travers, Neuchâtel site, is recruiting for a position of clerk writer at 70%.
- Your role mainly involves drafting decisions and civil and criminal judgments, to be rendered at the end of procedures conducted by the judges of the Regional Court of the Littoral and the Val-de-Travers, Neuchâtel site.
It also involves analyzing files and conducting legal research, either independently or in collaboration with the judges.
Furthermore, you are expected to perform various tasks related to documentation and the management of cases assigned to you, particularly in the preparation of correspondence.
Additionally, all tasks related to legal assistance in the work of the judges and the registry may be assigned to you.
- You hold a bachelor's or master's degree in law, complemented by the bar exam, and ideally have at least 3 to 5 years of experience as a lawyer (after obtaining the bar exam), preferably in the judicial field, or any other relevant experience for the position.
