Role:
In this role, you take responsibility for your own mandate portfolio and comprehensively support your clients in the areas of financial accounting, financial statements, VAT, payroll accounting, and fiduciary consulting. You analyse the financial situation of your mandates, prepare high-quality reports, and ensure that all legal requirements are reliably met. You apply your solid fiduciary experience to approach complex issues in a structured manner and develop practical solutions. You are responsible for the next step from pure administrative work to a mandate-responsible specialist role and independently shape your area of responsibility. With your professional demeanour, you maintain a trusting collaboration with your clients and position yourself as a competent contact person for all fiduciary matters.
Responsibilities:
You independently manage and support your own client mandates
You prepare financial accounting as well as interim and annual financial statements according to OR
You handle VAT returns and tax documents
You manage payroll accounting, social insurances, and personnel administration
You advise clients on accounting and fiduciary issues
You optimise internal work processes together with the team
You ensure high-quality and timely mandate management
Qualifications:
Commercial basic training with further education in fiduciary or finance and accounting
Several years of experience in fiduciary services and independent client support
Very good knowledge of general ledger accounting, financial statement preparation, and VAT
Structured, resilient, customer-oriented, and independent working style
Very good German skills as well as good English skills
