Running the station daily by supporting the operations manager in their operational and administrative tasks and taking over in their absence

Setting the pace for the teams (planning, coordination, training, feedback and daily support, etc.)

Being at the heart of the customer experience by responding to the needs of our visitors (managing unforeseen events, processing and following up on requests by email)
Participating in the implementation of concrete projects (new activities, improvements to internal processes)
Being comfortable both with IT tools and with a screwdriver in hand
Hours vary (weekends, public holidays, school holidays, seasonality)
