Clerk Import / Export / Freight Forwarding (m/f/d)
100%Your tasks:
- Preparing and carrying out customs clearance in import and export
- Ensuring timely and legally compliant customs clearance
- Monitoring and controlling relevant customs processes including MRN management
- Handling all customs formalities as well as processing pending issues with authorities
- Coordinating and monitoring transports as well as registering trucks and export documents with the customs office
- Contact person for customers, partners and internal departments for customs-related clarifications and discrepancies
- Handling master data maintenance as well as taking on general administrative tasks
Your profile:
- Completed commercial apprenticeship or comparable training
- Further training or professional experience in customs, import/export or freight forwarding is an advantage
- Knowledge of Swiss customs processes, legal basics and clearance systems such as e-dec import/export and Passar is an advantage
- Good MS Office and PC skills
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form, additional language skills in Italian, French or English are an advantage
- Independent, precise and responsible working style
