Apprenticeship Facility Management Specialist Building Services (2027 - 2030)
We look forward to welcoming you from summer 2027
During your three-year training, you will be assigned to one of our school facilities. Together with your team, you ensure that the school building and its surroundings are optimally maintained.
Your tasks
In your training as a Facility Management Specialist EFZ, you are responsible for the smooth operation and maintenance of the school facilities. You monitor building services systems such as heating, ventilation, sanitary and electrical installations and carry out minor repairs independently. In addition, you ensure the professional cleaning of indoor and outdoor areas, including floors, windows and sanitary facilities. The care of green spaces and paths is also part of your duties, as is the proper disposal of waste and recycling. Your work requires both technical understanding and manual skills, and you contribute to ensuring that the school facilities function optimally and provide a pleasant environment for all users.
