To strengthen our project management team in the Communication division, we are looking for a project manager at the Bern location, temporarily until the end of 2026 (with the option of permanent employment), starting immediately or by arrangement. With your understanding of marketing and communication, you will take on the management of demanding projects and lead external as well as internal stakeholders confidently to success.

Your Tasks
- Mainly responsible for independent customer support and the organization of orders and projects in the areas of media production and digital business
- Leading and supporting interdisciplinary project teams as advisory project management in the conception, integration, and implementation phases
- Monitoring the economic, scheduling, and qualitative status of projects and implementing appropriate measures
- Supporting sales specialists by advising existing and new customers within the department
- Process analysis and consulting in marketing and communication
- Conducting workshops for needs analysis of our customers and creating requirement catalogs as well as offers

- Training in a graphic, commercial, or technical profession
- Further education in project management, business administration, or marketing and communication with several years of practical experience
- Independent, responsible, and assertive personality
- Strong affinity for complex publication and communication processes with a high quality standard in daily business
