Court Management
The District Court Pfäffikon employs 30 staff in the beautiful district capital Pfäffikon ZH and is responsible in the first instance for the assessment of all civil and criminal cases in the district.
For our commercial office, we are looking for an
Administrative Secretary (All-rounder) (80-100%)
Your area of responsibility
- Reception desk and telephone switchboard support, mail processing
- Recording new cases
- Digital and physical file maintenance and management
- Appointment management (setting hearing dates, partly by arrangement)
- Summons management
- Preparation and dispatch of decisions including legal validity control
- Archiving tasks
- General secretarial duties
Your profile
- Commercial basic training, ideally with administrative or court experience
- Digital proficiency
- Independent, very precise, careful and reliable working style
- Sense of order and a high level of service and responsibility awareness
- Discreet, flexible, collegial and loyal
- Interest in legal issues and the administration of justice
