Task
Your tasks-Active support of the team in the preparation of analyses and the associated products
-Systematic data collection in our systems, structured preparation, and analytical evaluation of various data sources
-Assistance in identifying crime patterns and new phenomena
-Creation of interactive dashboards and presentations with Microsoft Power BI to visualize and communicate analysis results for different target groups
-Visualization of criminal and spatial data using modern visualization and GIS tools
-Support in administrative tasks, quality management, and internal data-related projects
Requirements
Your profile-Completed studies in the field of criminal sciences, data science, (geo-)informatics, or comparable
-High affinity for data-based analysis of criminal and geographical information
-Solid knowledge in the application of analysis and visualization tools such as Microsoft Power BI (PBI), Tableau, Python, or R
-Experience in creating interactive dashboards and data-driven reports
-Knowledge and experience in the application of geographic information systems (e.g., QGIS, ArcGIS) desirable
-Editorial skills as well as good presentation and communication skills
-High resilience, teamwork ability, and discretion
-Swiss citizenship, impeccable character, and an upright personality
