• Individual and professional care and nursing of our residents
• Support of the team leadership in the personnel and professional management of a nursing team of around 30 employees
• Full representation of the team leadership in their absence
• Co-responsibility for the implementation and assurance of care quality, for the further development of the care process as well as performance recording (RAI)
• Promotion of employees in everyday nursing
• Co-responsibility for the training and supervision of our apprentices

• Completed vocational training at tertiary or secondary level (HF/FH or DN II) or (FaGe EFZ or SRK-certified nurse)
• Ideally, you have initial leadership experience and corresponding further training or are willing to attend such training
• Commitment, motivation, resilience, and high social competence
• Willingness to contribute to a learning-friendly work environment and to achieving common goals
• You are well familiar with the usual software applications and use them efficiently
