About the job
Activities- Support in a meaningful and well-organized daily structure. Introducing and accompanying our asylum seekers in their new environment
- Assuming the role of contact and trusted person in all matters
- Supporting and contributing to safe accommodation by enforcing house rules, attendance and cleanliness checks, de-escalation talks in conflicts up to taking sanctions
- Organizing as well as guiding and situationally assisting in internal workfare: preparation of cleaning materials and ensuring general housekeeping tasks, laundry and clothing cleaning, enforcing hygiene regulations
- Organizing and carrying out admissions, discharges, and transfers
- Knowing, practicing, and responding correctly in emergencies – coordinating with fire department, police, and medical emergency organizations and coordinating with center management
- Maintaining and managing care dossiers
- Handling administrative tasks as they arise
Requirements
- Secondary level II: Federal Vocational Certificate (EBA) or equivalent professional experience
- 2 to 3 years of relevant professional experience
- Basic and user knowledge of MS Office applications
- Impeccable reputation (no entries in debt enforcement and criminal records)
- Career changers possible
