• You support the development of clients during their limited stay in the residential home and accompany them through various phases of their stay
• Together with your colleagues, you pull together and celebrate successes jointly
• The concepts of the residential home are continuously developed, your ideas and innovations are welcome and sought after

• You have completed vocational training as a Care Specialist and have experience working with people with mental impairments
• You are familiar with people suffering from chronic mental impairments and represent an attitude that integrates different life plans
• You are resilient and responsible and look forward to cooperative process design with the clients
• You are empathetic, flexible and have a humorous personality
• You are interested in interdisciplinary collaboration and enjoy the proximity to the clinic and its broad educational offerings
