What is my role?

• Setting up and configuring winding and laser machines for technical springs

• CNC programming and production control

• Independent handling of sample and series orders

• Production monitoring and quality assurance

• Maintenance, servicing and process optimisation

• Troubleshooting and continuous process improvement

• Collaboration on prototypes and new developments

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed studies in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or comparable qualification

• Solid knowledge in spring technology or willingness to familiarise yourself with this specialised field

• Experience with CAD software (e.g. SolidWorks, CATIA or similar)

• Knowledge of FEM calculations is an advantage

• Technical understanding and analytical thinking skills

• Customer-oriented and solution-focused working style

• Teamwork skills and strong communication

• Good German and English skills, spoken and written

• Willingness to travel for customer visits

What are my advantages?

• Completed technical training required (e.g. as a machine mechanic, polymechanic or comparable qualification)

• Several years of practical experience as a machine setter as well as solid knowledge in handling machines, measuring instruments and tools

• Strong technical understanding and manual dexterity

• Knowledge in machine programming is an advantage

• Independent, reliable and structured working style
