Job Coach 50%
Your main tasks
- Conducting assessment and intake interviews with social assistance recipients and refugees, and deriving recommendations for further action
- Planning and managing labour market integration, developing strategies and action plans, as well as conducting progress reviews and coaching sessions
- Supporting participants throughout the entire application process and managing applications when required
- Acquiring placement and internship opportunities, supporting participants during placements, and working closely with internal and external specialist agencies
- Preparing reports, maintaining electronic files (Klib), and contributing to the further development, quality assurance, and external representation of integration services
What you bring
- Completed vocational training, ideally with HR experience, as well as further training as a job coach (e.g. CAS Job Coaching) or a comparable qualification
- Very good knowledge of the Swiss labour market and education system
- Enjoyment of acquisition and contact with employers
- Empathy, resilience, and confidence in dealing with people in challenging life situations
- Fluent German and very good written expression; writing application dossiers (CVs, cover letters) and reports are among your strengths
