The varied day

• You actively accompany the residents in their life, everyday and leisure activities
• You support individual, targeted and resource-oriented care and support and contribute to its implementation
• You participate in the planning, implementation and evaluation of the agogic development process and actively contribute
• You maintain contact with relatives as well as external reference persons
• You exchange interdisciplinary information with the team as well as internal specialists and interfaces

Your diverse talents

• You have a recognised professional qualification EFZ (at least three years) or a secondary school leaving certificate
• You bring a pre-internship or professional experience in the social pedagogical field
• Ideally, you have already passed the admission procedure
• You are a team-oriented personality with high social competence
• You reflect on your actions and actively shape the living environment together with people with impairments and disabilities
