The cantonal social office ensures services that support the social and professional integration, economic existence, and social participation of various individuals.
The Department of Disability Integration is part of the cantonal social office and is responsible for offers for the social and professional integration of adults with disabilities and for disability equality in the canton of Graubünden.
Integration of people with disabilities
For the Department of Disability Integration, we are looking for a Business Economist starting August 1, 2026, or by agreement.
- Development of service mandates and calculation of service flat rates
- Review of financial guidelines, including during audits of service providers
- Analysis of processes and data as well as preparation of decision-making documents
- Management of projects in the areas of financing and IT
- Leading the IVSE liaison office in area B
- University degree in economics or comparable education (university/FH), preferably a master’s degree
- Solid knowledge in IT, especially working with databases
- Experience in managing simple projects
- Independent and careful working style
- Flexibility and willingness to cooperate
- Networked thinking as well as the ability and experience to approach tasks interdisciplinarily
- Ideally knowledge of the cantonal languages
