Your Tasks
- Support for the management team
- Minutes taking at institute management meetings and other management meetings
- Coordination and organization of meetings, institute events, occasions, and trade fair appearances
- Management of social media channels and institute websites
- Organization of the IET newsletter and other communication campaigns
- Support for marketing activities in the study program
- Issuing invoices and checking credit card statements, etc.
- Promotion and further development of the institute culture
- Taking on general administrative tasks such as telephone inquiries, email correspondence, coordination of appointments

- You are service-oriented and team-oriented, reliable, structured, and financially savvy
- You have a quick grasp of learning and applying IT systems
- You want to work in a technical environment
- You are resilient and flexible with a high quality awareness
- You have an affinity for social media and an interest in communication
- SAP and accounting knowledge are an advantage
