Civil Service Workers
Directly by Lake Zurich, the municipality of Männedorf operates a four-story youth center with plenty of outdoor space, which is actively used by children and young people as a meeting point and for activities. We are looking for assistance in the operation starting January 2026 for a minimum commitment of six months, preferably longer.
Your tasks according to the duties of the civil service office are:
- Accompanying and supervising children and young people (60 %)
Accompanying children and young people in the socio-cultural field; Mobile youth work - Animation and project work (20 %)
Project support in the child and youth sector; Leisure animation; Assisting at events, accompanying project groups - Cleaning and maintenance (20 %)
Minor repair work in the youth center; Assisting with cleaning and maintenance work in and around the youth center

We are targeting a humorous and empathetic young man who enjoys working with children and young people. Flexibility for irregular working hours (evenings and weekends) and commitment to a good team spirit are required.
