Your area of responsibility
Together with a colleague, you are responsible for the deployment planning of our care and support service. You receive requests, assess the situation based on a needs assessment, and decide on the best possible care solution. You plan and coordinate the assignments of the employees. You advise customers and relatives by phone or on-site. You maintain contact with specialist agencies and inform them about our care services. You support the employees professionally and accompany them during the deployment period.
Your profile
- Basic nursing training at tertiary level (HF, FH) with several years of professional experience
- Spitex experience as a case manager or in a similar position is mandatory
- Strong customer orientation and empathy
- Responsible, proactive, and resilient
- Careful, precise working style even in hectic situations
- Good IT skills
