Clerk in Financial Planning, 80-100%
FINA Finanzplanung creates holistic and comprehensive independent financial plans for small businesses and private households. In a personal, sustainable, and transparent manner, we support our clients and advise them in all six areas of their financial matters: taxes, pension, investment, insurance, real estate financing, and legal security.
Your tasks at FINA
• Correspondence with clients, authorities, and companies
• Coordinating appointments/leads/rescheduling
• Entering sales and contracts in the CRM
• Filling out simple tax returns
• Processing incoming and outgoing mail
Who gets a perspective at FINA?
• You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship and ideally are a Financial Advisor IAF
• You bring experience in administrative areas, ideally in the financial sector
• You have a structured, precise, and independent way of working
• You possess very good organizational skills and high reliability
• You have a quick grasp and the ability to set priorities
• You have a friendly and professional appearance
• You speak accent-free German and have good to very good French and English skills
