Your Tasks and Perspectives
- Independent medical correspondence including digital recording, processing, and dispatch
- Administrative preparation of referrals, triage as well as management and maintenance of patient records
- Recording of outpatient and internal services for optimal billing and documentation
- Competent telephone contact person for patients, relatives, doctors, hospitals, and health insurers
- Efficient processing of incoming mail and emails including forwarding to the responsible departments
What You Bring to This Position
- Completed training as a Medical Practice Assistant EFZ or as a Medical and Hospital Secretary
- Very good knowledge of MS Office and confident handling of medical terminology
- An open, team-oriented, and flexible personality with high social competence
- Independent, reliable, and careful working style with high quality and sense of responsibility
- Organizational talent with an eye for the big picture – you think networked and cross-departmentally
