Group Leader SEB

At the Baar schools, around 2300 pupils are taught in 9 school buildings. Various modules of the school supplementary care (SEB), such as lunch service, afternoon and holiday care, and domestic tasks, are tailored to the needs of the children, the school, and the parents.

For the SEB, we are looking from the new school year 2026/2027 or by arrangement for a group leader for the school supplementary care 60 - 70 %.

What you can achieve

• Professionally qualified care of children of kindergarten and primary school age

• Responsibility for the care of a defined group of children within a location

• Implementation of educational goals according to the mission statement and educational concept

• Design of age-appropriate and developmentally supportive leisure activities

• Further tasks: according to the group leader profile (e.g. deputy of the site management, training responsibility for FaBe, management of individual projects, organisation of holiday care offers, leadership of individual employees)

What you bring with you

• Completed pedagogical training, specialist in childcare, EFZ, childhood educator HF or equivalent qualification

• Experience in professional care of children

• Enjoyment in dealing with children of different ages

• Ability to find your way in a dynamic environment

• Good oral proficiency in German

• Open, convincing, integrous and resilient personality
