Senior Property Management Specialist – Regional Deployment (m/f/d)

Eastern Region: Lucerne to Chur, 60-100%

This is what you move:

• As a "floater," you support our teams at various locations within the Eastern Region with demanding management tasks of residential and mixed-use properties – temporarily, project-related, and always where your expertise is needed
• You particularly enjoy engaging where there is acute need, take on complex cases with high commitment, and are flexibly deployable – exactly where your support is most urgently needed
• You work closely with the respective site management and accompany measures around the regular and extraordinary maintenance of properties
• You prepare market analyses, budgets, reports, and forecast investment needs
• You perform condition assessments, develop annual budgets, and ensure a smooth transition to the local management teams
• For larger initial rentals or specific projects, you coordinate apartment handovers and ensure process quality
• You act as a brand ambassador for our company and ensure with your experience that our standards are maintained at all locations

This is why you succeed:

• You have completed commercial training, supplemented by further education in the real estate sector (real estate management certificate)
• You bring at least 5 years of experience in property management
• You enjoy temporary assignments and have a high willingness to travel within the region (commuting time = working time – We work smart!)
• Strong communication skills, solution-oriented action, and confident appearance are among your strengths
• Linguistic flexibility is a plus: French or English are advantageous
• You have a strong service orientation, work in a structured manner, and remain calm and professional even in challenging situations
