- You take care of inspections, maintenance, repairs, and improvements on various building technology systems (HVAC, electrical, mechanical) as well as on the diverse equipment
- You are responsible for troubleshooting and resolving faults in the systems and equipment
- You work closely with internal and external service providers and provide a 24-hour on-call service with deployments outside regular working hours

- You have completed vocational training in the field of technology (building technology, electrical, electromechanics, HVAC or similar), ideally supplemented by further training in maintenance
- You have professional experience in building technology and possess good IT skills as well as German language skills in speaking and writing
- You work responsibly, independently, and service-oriented. Thanks to your good manners, you are a valuable asset to our team
