About the job

• System responsibility for the use of the soobr module from the waveware software. Implementation and ensuring correct data status, ensuring professionally correct use by end users (management and team leaders cleaning) through training, interface to CAFM integration
• Conceptual reengineering of cleaning services for buildings remaining on the site, fitting the overall Dreiklang concept
• Professional support of the cleaning management team in the transition from CURRENT to NEW Dreiklang
• Monitoring the industry regarding future-proof technologies including digitalisation and cleaning methodology for efficient resource use (personnel, materials), i.e. matching future possibilities to the Dreiklang situation as well as conducting tests and implementing such technologies in cooperation with cleaning management functions
• Contact person for the external cleaning provider
• Participation in the evaluation and implementation of innovative services and processes through ongoing market and competitor analysis to identify future-proof products and process possibilities for Dreiklang = development of basic information
• Support in the conception of process and organisational structure

• Higher professional education in Facility Management (HF/FH level) with a focus on hospitality / building cleaning
• Experience in FM service calculation (focus on cleaning), concept development desired
• Professional responsibility in terms of correctness of the content to be developed and system responsibility for soobr cleaning management
• Ability for structured, networked thinking: to obtain, structure, evaluate, present information, correctly interpret results of processing and present suitably.
• Strong leadership, communication and conflict resolution skills as well as high social competence
• Proficient in MS Office as well as high resilience, flexibility and reliability
