What is my role?
Our client requires your support in the area of control cabinet assembly and simultaneously offers you an exciting development perspective towards team leadership. In this versatile position, you can expect the following tasks:
Assembly of control cabinets in all variants - from standard products to customised customer designs to innovative prototypes
Implementation of quality assurance measures and quality inspections on the manufactured control cabinets
Ensuring smooth order processing
Preparation of assembly work: creation and updating of parts lists, assembly and wiring documentation as well as detailed work instructions
Technical coordination regarding circuit diagrams with the technical department (EPLAN)
Gradual assumption of team leadership tasks with appropriate support and development opportunities
What do I need to be successful?
Your profile for this position:
Completed basic electrical training as an automation technician, automatic assembler, electrical installer EFZ or comparable qualification
Extensive professional experience in the field of electrical assembly over several years
Experience or knowledge in lean management
Strong precision, reliability and independent working style
Highly developed teamwork skills and great flexibility
Communicative personality with the ability to assert yourself and convince others
