Here is what you will do
- Project development and technical implementation in the field of pitched roofs
- Accompany and coordinate projects from A to Z and be the contact person for site management, clients and employees
- Project support from consultation, cost calculation, survey to execution, final inspection and billing
- Coordination of resources, personnel and suppliers
- Schedule, quality and budget control
These are your skills and strengths
- A basic training as roofer or tinsmith or comparable qualifications
- Further training as construction supervisor building envelope, group/object leader Polybau or similar further training
- Sound knowledge in calculation and project development
- Negotiation skills and a solution-oriented, team-capable personality
- A cooperative and communicative manner towards customers, partners and authorities
