Our sales cooperation team is responsible for acquiring and expanding sales partnerships. Are you a communicative personality, possess negotiation skills, and always keep the needs of customers in mind?
What you can achieve
- You are responsible for the conception, support, and acquisition of new sales partnerships in the collective sector and actively shape the growth of KPT.
- You perform administrative tasks in the collective business with as much care as efficiency.
- You coordinate and organise training sessions in the partner business to ensure our teams are always up to date.
- You apply your intercultural skills when supporting international customers.
- Your participation in projects contributes to the further development of our progressive sales approach.
What distinguishes you
- a higher education in insurance, marketing, or sales
- profound knowledge of personal insurance
- appropriate communication skills and the talent to break down complex information and convey it clearly
- a proactive, flexible, and resilient personality
- flawless German in spoken and written form – French skills are a plus
