SRK Nursing Assistant 60-80%

The iwaz offers, as a social enterprise, assistance for residential, training and work opportunities, is a service provider for industrial rehabilitation technology and social mandates, and is a venue for seminars, cultural events and catering occasions.

Around 60 residents aged between 20 and 90 live at iwaz and receive support 24 hours a day, 365 days a year in managing their daily lives. A well-coordinated nursing and care team is responsible for professional nursing and care.

For the residential area, we are looking for a committed professional by arrangement as:

SRK Nursing Assistant (60-80%)

• Responsible for the needs- and demand-oriented physical, mental-spiritual and social support of the residents
• With the support of a nursing professional, accompany residents in crisis situations taking into account individual needs
• Support in recording the resident's biography and developing the care plan
• Assistance with domestic tasks

• Completed training as an SRK nursing assistant or a similar professional qualification
• Preferably experience in a similar institution
• Used to working independently and in a team
• Enjoy working with people, good professional and social skills
• Very good German language skills, spoken and written

• 5-6 weeks holiday, 41 hours/week and 30 minutes paid breaks and changing time
• No split shifts
