About the job
Forensic science is close to the action; whether in field operations at crime scene investigations of burglaries, unusual deaths, violent crimes and other incidents – or in the laboratory, securing and analysing the collected evidence. In this exciting environment, we are offering vacant internship positions.
Your tasks
- Initially: searching for and analysing evidence on submitted evidence carriers
- After training: field operations with crime scene investigations, especially of burglaries, including on-call duties
- Assisting with other offences
- Preparing reports and photographic documentation for the police and judicial authorities
Your profile
- Completed criminological or equivalent university education in forensic science at Master’s level, or close to completion
- Strong physical resilience as well as mental toughness and a keen interest in police investigative work
- Initiative, loyal and discreet personality with high social competence, strong team orientation and a flexible, solution-focused attitude towards assignments outside regular working hours
- Very good written and spoken German skills as well as good French knowledge
- Driving licence category B
