Have you always wanted to take a look behind the scenes of a leading mountain sports brand? Then we have the perfect opportunity for you. From 1 September 2026 or by arrangement, we are looking for a committed and team-oriented intern to support our Point of Experience team in the Visual Merchandising area for 6-12 months.

Your tasks

• Collaborate in the Visual Merchandising Concept team on the development of window display concepts, VM guidelines as well as tools and displays
• Assist in the conception and hands-on implementation of showrooms and brand presentations at trade fairs and events
• Visualise internationally oriented concepts through presentations and documentation for different markets and regions
• Support in operational daily business, e.g. collection management, database maintenance, documentation and sample inventories
• Administrative support in the Visual Merchandising area, including conducting store queries, maintaining and updating inventory lists in Excel, as well as organising and shipping VM tools
• Close collaboration with international internal stakeholders and external partners worldwide, such as agencies and suppliers

Your profile

• Completed training or ongoing/completed studies in Visual Marketing, Visual Merchandising or a related design/creative field
• A strong sense for spaces, shapes, colours and current trends in retail and brand environments
• Enthusiasm for varied tasks and for shaping a fast, dynamic environment
• Holistic thinking and the ability to understand concepts across various touchpoints
• Hands-on personality with a structured working style
• Confident use of MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel); initial experience with design or layout tools is an advantage
• Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written, for collaboration in an international environment
