Your Tasks
- In everyday life, you support our clients with basic care according to individual needs
- You comply with hygiene guidelines and also take on household tasks
- You do the shopping, plan and prepare meals
- You assist our clients in everyday life and with errands outside the home
- You carry out care documentation thoroughly and independently
- You also take on administrative and organizational tasks if needed
- You take on shift management (early, late, and night shifts) and lead the team
What You Bring
- Training as a Health Specialist EFZ
- You are experienced in life, reliable, empathetic, and service-oriented
- You enjoy individual care of people
- You have good German language skills
